Question the thought. See what’s here. Take the next clear step.
When a thought feels like the whole world, it can be hard to see clearly. This is a simple practice for looking at the thought, noticing what it does, and choosing what’s yours to do next.
The Four Clear Questions
01
What am I believing?
Write down the thought that’s upsetting you, in one simple sentence.
02
What do I know?
Separate what happened from the story your mind made about it.
03
What happens when I believe it?
Notice what the story does to you, in your body and your day.
04
What is mine to do now?
Choose one honest next step. One is enough.
If it helps, The Guide can sit with you through the four questions, one question at a time. You can also go through them on your own.
